Today Im giving you an inside view of the many faces of Shakeology. Its basically a Mexican restaurant styled menu- many of the ingredients are the same, but they’re all mixed up and presented in different ways. Often people talk to me about how sick they’d get of blending the same thing every day. Believe you me, I hear ya! Thats why I blend it, shake it, mix it with various ingredients, drink it, eat it, scarf it, savor it- all depends on the day. I also like to mix up my flavors- ah the beauty of an at home Shakeology bar. A mathmetician could probably break down how many ways one could have 3 flavors of Shakeology, but I sure hope my variety shown today proves that you can clearly get creative here, and I am NOT a cook. Check it out!
Chalene Johnson’s Protein Ball Recipe!
8 Tablespoons PB2 (low fat, high protein powdered peanut butter – details below)
3 Tablespoons Natural Peanut butter (w/flax seeds is the best!)
½ Cup Shakeology Protein Powder (Haven’t tried this with another brand of protein powder)
3 Tablespoons Raw Honey
½ Cup Quick Oats
DIRECTIONS: Mix PB2 with water until it’s a paste like consistency. Mix all ingredients, including the PB2 mixture together in a mixing bowl. It make take some time to blend all of the ingredients together. If it’s too sticky, sprinkle in additional protein powder so that it’s a pretty dry/crumbly texture. Next – Roll mixture into small individual balls (about a ping-pong ball size) and place on a wax sheet. Makes about 12 balls, 1 ounce each. Put in freezer until firm.

Drink it at work and or travel with it. There are many out there but I enjoy my Hamilton Beach. Definitely makes it thick, but I like that! Only $20 at Target. You can mix again with anything, ice, water, almond milk, fruit, peanutbutter, flax seed, greens, etc, etc.
Spinach and Banana Base, Shakeology at the core, and Peanutbutter on Top- weird? Yup! Yummy? Oh yeah
Blend it up,
Your choice almond milk, or water, or chobani, etc. Looks green, tastes delicious.
Whether bikini clad or not, enjoy in its robust form! Some people like to take off their healthy routine on vacation, but Shakeology tastes SO good in tropical/warm weather, you wont regret having it every day. I bet you can guess what I have in my favorite blended Shakeology- banana and peanut butter. How predictable of me.
